Robin Dowswell is a nutritionist and active triathlete who left a 15 year career in Information Technology to pursue his interests in health and nutrition. He is currently based in the Milton Keynes area of Great Britain where he is involved with the running of the local Cycling and Triathlon club, TeamMK.

He is coming to the end of his training as a Nutritional therapist after which he intends to providing nutritional consultations and lectures for clients who wish to improve their health by improving their diet and lifestyle.

He also plans to write books about the connection between what we eat, our health and our environmental impact.

Robin has been an active athlete since the mid 1980's and has competed in triathlons since 1994. Despite the passing time Robin has managed to improve his performances most years, qualifying for the World Championships Olympic Distance Triathlon in 2006. He is well acquainted with the nutritional needs of endurance athletes.
